Timelines

Grant requests submitted to Baxter BioScience are reviewed on a Quarterly basis, according to the application deadlines listed below. An activity must not be scheduled within ten (10) weeks of the quarterly submission deadline date.

Educational Grant Application: Less than or equal to $25,000

The exception for quarterly reviews are for educational grant applications less than or equal to $25,000 which are reviewed monthly. Grant Applications less than or equal to $25,000 may be submitted at any time and are reviewed on a monthly basis. Education Grant Applications MUST be received at least ten (10) weeks prior to the activity date to be considered eligible for funding.
